Since founded in 1982, we have devoted ourselves to the making and selling of various models of cooling system for buses and after-sales service for our customers, based on "quality", "honesty" and "responsibility" as our hard-and-fast motto. Cham Pagne Air Conditioning Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a company that conducts R&D on bus air conditioning systems on its own in Taiwan. BS-630, a high performance special compressor for town buses was developed and marketed in 1986. Thanks to the continuous support and encouragement from our customers, we shall keep on conducting R&D on various products to satisfy our clients.

To provide our customers with better products, faster delivery and better after-sales services, we did everything in compliance with QS9000/ISO9002 and in May 2000 secured it. At present, the company has already extended the service to the southeastern Asia regions by launching the air conditioning system suitable for southeastern Asia and subtropical countries. QS 9000 quality policies will be practiced exactly so as to manufacture high quality products.

In 2018, we developed a fully operating electric bus air conditioner and passed the Taiwanese government's safety standard VSCC 562 - electromagnetic compatibility test.

To provide more comfortable and fresh bus air conditioning systems to the passengers, meet demands on the market and further develop service areas around the globe.
